Community Health Center Executive Fellowship program is now available nationally, to all community health centers and primary care associations. Late registration for the 2015 session will end on January 6, 2015.

The fee for the 2017 Community Health Center Executive Fellowship program is $5100. The entire amount is due and payable by December 15, 2016.
